Andrea Fong, Partner of legal firm Wilkinson & Grist, shared her experience at a legal workshop on franchising. Ms Fong drew on her legal expertise to advise participants on concerns of intellectual property rights in franchising.

Mr Daniel Chan, Partner of Baker & McKenzie, talked to Chamber members on the legal aspects of franchising in China and how foreign invested enterprises could start their franchising business in Mainland China.

The Chamber was invited to speak at various mainland conferences on chainstore and franchising in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
